1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.techmi.tech (the "Website") and any purchase made through it. The Website is operated by Tech Mi Pte Ltd (UEN 202544109W), trading as TECH-MI ("Tech-Mi", "we", "us", "our"), with its address at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #05-74, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409501. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Current Store Status

Tech-Mi is not currently accepting or fulfilling orders. All stock is sold out and the store is temporarily inactive. Product pages and prices are shown for reference only and do not constitute an offer to sell. We may reopen, restock or change our range at any time without notice, and nothing on the Website promises that any product will be available again.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's consent, to place an order.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
Information you give us must be accurate and current. We may suspend accounts that contain false information or are used fraudulently.

4. Products and Information

Our range includes mobile and wearable tech, headphones and speakers, tablets, laptops and other electronics.

Images are for illustration. Colours, appearance and specifications may differ slightly from the actual product.
Some products may be OEM or unbranded items. Where applicable, this is stated on the product page. Please read the description and specifications before buying.
We do not guarantee that the Website is free of typographical, pricing or description errors.

5. Orders and Availability (when the store reopens)

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation and accept payment, or dispatch the goods.
We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, there is a pricing or description error, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
We do not currently offer pre-orders or waitlists.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Tech-Mi is not GST-registered, so prices are net and no GST is charged.
Shipping fees, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
Prices and promotions may change at any time. A promotion applies only while displayed and while stock lasts.

7. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates only.

8. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges except in exceptional cases as set out in our Refund Policy (for example, a wrong item sent, an item that is dead on arrival, or an order we cannot fulfil).
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Singapore law that cannot be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003.

9. Warranty

Tech-Mi does not currently provide its own warranty. Some products may carry a manufacturer's
warranty. If so, it is stated on the product page and its terms are set by the manufacturer. OEM or unbranded
products may not carry any warranty unless expressly stated. Warranty, where any, does not cover misuse,
accidents, liquid damage, unauthorised repair or modification, or normal wear and tear (including battery degradation).

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including the Tech-Mi name, logo, text, graphics and layout, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. Third-party brand names and images belong to their owners. You may not copy or use our content commercially without written permission.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Website unlawfully; attempt unauthorised access to the Website or its systems;
introduce harmful code; use bots or scrapers without permission; or place fraudulent orders.

12. Privacy

We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our Privacy Policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Website and its content are provided "as is", without warranties except those that cannot be excluded by law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or opportunity.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Third-Party Links

The Website may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, supplier or courier failure, natural disasters, public health measures, government action or system outages.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.

17. General

Governing law: Singapore law. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Severability: If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
Third parties: A person who is not a party to these Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce them.
Entire agreement: These Terms and our Privacy, Shipping and Refund Policies are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website.
