TECH-MI, operated by Tech Mi Pte Ltd (UEN 202544109W) ("Tech-Mi", "we", "us"), respects your privacy.
This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").

Identity and contact: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address.
Order details: products ordered, order history, delivery instructions.
Account data: login details and wishlist if you create an account.
Payment data: processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card number or security code. We may receive limited details such as card type and last four digits, and payment status.
Communications: emails and messages you send us.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and cookie data, collected through our website platform and analytics tools.

3. Purposes

We collect, use and disclose your personal data to:

process and deliver orders, and handle payment;
create and manage your account;
respond to enquiries and provide support;

request access to the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used;

unsubscribe from marketing messages, using the link in the message or by emailing us.

We will respond within a reasonable time (generally within 30 days). We may charge a reasonable fee for
access requests and will tell you first.

10. Marketing and Do Not Call

We send marketing messages only with your consent. We check the Do Not Call Registry before sending marketing to Singapore telephone numbers, unless you have given clear consent.

11. Children

The Website is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data without a parent or guardian's consent.
